Beauty in the form of the arts is a path to God. This workshop explores the arts as a path of transformational encounter in catechesis. Beauty in the form of the arts engages the whole human person in holistic contemplation leading to personal transformation. By drawing on examples of sacred and religious art from the 2000 year old Christian artistic heritage, this workshop offers catechetical leaders an opportunity to re-discover the arts as a timely and powerful tool of catechesis in the new evangelization.
