I bought a ticket! How do I access paid events?
To access paid events, you’ll need to sign into your NCCL account with the email given during the purchase process as part of the attendee details. If you already have an NCCL account at that email, you can just sign in with that account and you’ll be able to access all Witness paid events.
If the email given as your attendee email during purchase is different from your existing NCCL account email, or if you didn’t have an NCCL account before, a new account has been created for you with that email address! Sign in with that new account, and you’ll be good to go.
You should have received a welcome email with a set-password link in it when that account was created. But if you’re not sure what your password is, just head here and input your email to receive a reset password link, that will help you log in.
Someone bought a ticket for me, how do I use it?
Tickets purchased for others are attached to the email given at purchase–so make sure you know what email your kind benefactor used to buy you the ticket!
Then just sign in with that email address and you’ll be all set. If it’s the same email as your existing NCCL account, use your regular sign-in details; if it’s a new email, a new account will have been created for you and you’ll have received a welcome email with a set-password link in it. I can’t see the video. What’s wrong?
Most likely, this event hasn’t started yet. Check the start time at the top of the event page for when it begins!
If the video isn’t loading for you, try reloading the page. Also be sure that your browser is up-to-date; livestreaming doesn’t always work on older versions of certain browsers. We recommend Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox for the best browsing experience 🙂
