Margaret Matijasevic

Executive Director
Margaret Matijasevic is the Executive Director of the National Conference for Catechetical Leadership, based in Washington, D.C. She previously worked for 14 years in parish and diocesan roles in the Los Angeles Archdiocese, focusing on leadership through collaboration and the utilization of technology to spread the Gospel. She has presented at local, regional and national gatherings, is published in Catechist magazine and appears in a video series.

Victoria Radleigh Smith

Director of Mission Integration
Victoria Radeigh Smith serves as the Director of Mission Integration for the National Conference for Catechetical Leadership. With nearly 17 years of ministry experience, Victoria has spent nearly half of her life serving the Catholic Church. Victoria has both parish and diocesan experience and previously worked as a Coordinator of Youth Ministry for the Archdiocese of Los Angeles. Throughout her career, she has coordinated or assisted in a variety of events, such as: The Los Angeles Religious Education Congress (Youth Day and Adult Days), The City of Saints Teen Conference, The National Catholic Youth Conference (NCYC), and the National Conference for Catholic Youth Ministry (NCCYM). Victoria holds a National Certificate in Youth Ministry Studies and is a certified Master Catechist. She and her husband, Andrew, live in Burbank, California.
