New Wineskin Award 2019

Libby MahowaldFeatured, News

Did you know that a total of 18 New Wineskins Awards have been presented since the Award was created in 2010?

The award has been given to parishes and Diocesan offices around the country who have recognized that transformational Catechesis may have to come from something different than “what we have always done” and that Evangelization is an essential part of Catechesis.

NCCL wants to continue recognizing parishes and Diocesan offices for their creative ways to address adult formation, the “nones”, the changes in family realities, sacramental preparation, and all areas of ministries that are catechetical or evangelizing in nature.

Has your parish or Diocesan office created something new, effective, and engaging that you want to brag about?

If so, we invite you to nominate your parish or Diocesan office (or maybe there is one that you know about) for their innovative efforts. Check out the criteria and submit your nomination for the Diocesan New Wineskin Award here and the Parish New Wineskin here. Please submit your nomination by March 1, 2019.
